Lighting scenarios in line with demand

The issue of response time which has hitherto also been a deficit of the discharge lamps is now also solved for good. So there is no question: with the new light sources, current and future public lighting may for the first time function in line with demand. In dependence on the weather situation, the lighting is switched on controlled by daylight. Other sensors detect luminance, so that road conditions are also taken into account. Using inductive loops and motion sensors, any system may be adjusted in such a way that it is dimmed to the minimum and the lighting level is raised when actually necessary. To properly implement this energy optimised lighting behaviour is the task of the forthcoming VS LiCS product generation.
