This R-No. will allow you to obtain information at short notice about the current status of the claim or return together with the help of our sales representative. Similarly, the internal processes are accelerated, leading to a shortening of the entire process.


Step 1: Apply for R-number

To receive an R-No., please inform the competent VS sales staff prior to a return or a complaint. All shipments and documents relating to this claim or return are to be attached with the R-No.
