Quality Assurance Agreement for Suppliers

VS and the Supplier work together in that VS purchases merchandise and accompanying procedures from the Supplier. This Quality Assurance Agreement (QAA) is intended to assure the quality of the merchandise and procedures supplied by the Supplier to VS. This Agreement sets the conditions between the contracting parties to achieve the desired quality targets.
